Our MissionTo provide clients with efficient service and an accurate product at a reasonable cost. Ours is a complete surveying service, including partitions & subdivisions, lot line adjustments, topographic mapping, boundary and cadastral surveys, and ALTA/Land Title surveys. Our surveying professionals and technicians have over 100 years of combined experience. That experience coupled with our utilization of state-of-the-art technology enables Northstar to provide quality services in the most timely, efficient, and cost effective manner possible. We assign a manager to every project based on the client’s needs and the manager’s expertise. The manager serves as client advisor and project expeditor throughout all phases of the project, including acting as liaison with government agencies if necessary. Our desire is that you feel that you have received the product you wanted, in a timely fashion and at a fair price.
Northstar understands and appreciates the importance of working with the various
government agencies and their personnel that regulate surveying and land development
in Oregon. Our staff maintains a good relationship with City and County Officials.

Our Customers include Boise-Cascade, CH2M-Hill, Hewlett Packard, LCG Pence, Knife Rivers, Wah Chang, Georgia Pacific, Weyerhaeuser, Hampton Resources, Benton County, Linn County and Polk County, as well as literally thousands of private land owners, construction companies and land developers. Our collective knowledge and experience background assures efficient project management for each and every client. We assign a project manager for each job based upon each client’s need and the particular manager’s expertise. From field to finish our project manager’s job is to advise and expedite all phases of a project, including acting as a liaison with government agencies.
