Boundary & Cadastral Surveys

Boundary surveys are performed to locate the property corners and boundary lines of a given parcel of land.

 

Flood Insurance Elevation Certification

If you are within the mapped floodplain, but believe that your home may be elevated above the Base Flood Elevation, you should consider obtaining an Elevation Certificate.

 

Property line Adjustments

A property line adjustment (PLA) is the relocation of a common property line between two abutting properties.

 

Land Partitions

To divide a parcel of land into two or three parcels within a calendar year

 

Subdivisions

A plot or map based on a survey of a parcel of land.

 

Mortgage & ALTA Certifications

A surveying standard that incorporates elements of the boundary survey, mortgage survey, and topographic survey.

The process of making maps or scale drawings from photographs, especially aerial photographs.

        The process of establishing and marking the position and detailed layout of new structures        such as roads or buildings for subsequent construction.

 

Topographic Mapping

Topographic Surveys are maps depicting the slope of a subject site. We depict the slope of the land utilizing "contours".

 

GPS Surveys

GPS equipment can be used to provide absolute coordinates of positions using Global Positioning Satellites.
