About the Role
The position is based out of Corvallis, Oregon. As a Project Manager- the primary function of this role is to
support the survey team operation and manage resources for the office and field to meet production deadlines. We are looking for someone who can provide staff mentorship and guidance, manage multiple projects, maintain QA/QC checks and balances of mapping quality, track budgets and schedules, and manage and see projects to successful completion. The Manager will supervise staff and oversee all types of projects, including boundary surveys, cadastral surveys, topographic mapping, construction layout, property line adjustments, land partitions and subdivisions, mortgage and ALTA certifications, FEMA flood certifications, engineering design surveys, legal descriptions, and drone services.
Requirements
What qualifications are we looking for?
Must be a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Oregon or have the ability to obtain licensure in one year of employment
Must have 5-10 years of progressively responsible Survey experience
Must be proficient in industry-standard software and management tools
Must possess the desire and ability to develop and maintain industry client relationships
Familiarity with state and mapping requirements
